Staying connected to the community and getting to medical appointments is important to healthy aging, but can be challenging when you no longer drive. To help you get where you need to go, CVCOA works with local transportation agencies to provide options that are accessible and affordable.
In partnership with Green Mountain Transit (GMT), Rural Community Transportation (RCT) and Stagecoach, we help older Vermonters get to medical appointments, senior centers and mealsites, the grocery store and other important destinations.
