This National Family Caregivers Month, Care Connects Us
November is National Family Caregivers Month, a time to recognize and honor caregivers nationally.
The theme for 2026 is "Care Connects Us," because across every condition, every stage, and every journey, care connects us – to our loved ones, to vital information, to one another, and to a stronger, more supportive tomorrow. The Caregiver Action Network has compiled helpful, vetted resources by topic to help guide your unique caregiving journey.
You can also join them throughout November for their Care Connects Us webinar series, a four-part webinar series featuring expert insights, real-world experiences, and useful strategies to support family caregivers and build stronger communities.
Family caregiving can feel isolating but you don't have to do it alone! Talking with others who understand your challenges can help reduce stress, combat isolation, and provide practical tips from real experience.
