CVCOA AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers lead free exercise classes all over Central Vermont throughout the week! This month, a new Tai Chi class begins in Johnson and two Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program classes will restart in Waterbury. Check out the full schedule here.

And, have you ever thought about leading your own exercise class? Training for Tai Chi Level One will be held in Castleton on March 31 and April 1. CVCOA's RSVP program will support the training cost for current AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers. Get started or learn more at cvcoa.org/volunteer-training

If you believe you have been a victim of this or any other Medicare card scam, contact the Vermont Senior Medicare Patrol at COVE. Reach out at 802-229-4731 or [email protected].
