This National Family Caregivers Month, connect to support, tools, and community

November is National Family Caregivers Month, a time to recognize and honor caregivers nationally.

The theme for 2025 is "Plug-in to Care, "which focuses on connecting caregivers to vital support tools, networks, and resources.  The Caregiver Action Network has compiled helpful, vetted resources by topic to help guide your unique caregiving journey.

You can also join them throughout November for Care Connections: The Plug-in to Care Webinar Series, where experts and caregivers will share insights, strategies, and real-life experiences.

Family caregiving can feel isolating but you don't have to do it alone!  Talking with others who understand your challenges can help reduce stress, combat isolation, and provide practical tips from real experience.

CVCOA offers online and in-person Memory Cafes, relaxed social times for people living with mild to moderate memory loss and their care partners.  You can also find other opportunities to connect, including online support groups and the National Caregiver Help Desk from the Caregiver Action Network.
