Powerful Tools Classes

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week course to provide you with the tools to care for your own needs, even as you care for others.

This course is offered online as well as in-person, as conditions permit.

Are you a caregiver for a family member or friend with a chronic condition?

Powerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else.

Bring better well-being and resources to your caregiving!

This series equips family caregivers with the resources needed to reduce stress, foster self-confidence, improve communication, and make challenging decisions.

Interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming will help you put the tools you choose into action for your life. Action planning emphasizing self-care is a major focus of the program.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a free six-week online class series. Registration is required and will be limited. Donations are welcome. All participants will receive a free copy of The Caregiver Helpbook
